FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY
EVALUATIONS
Our expert physiotherapists and occupational therapists conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, using a range of screening tools and assessments to accurately determine a worker's ability to return to their designated role following an injury.
During a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE), a worker demonstrates their ability to perform usual or alternative duties to assess safe return-to-work options.
This evaluation is part of the broader Fitness for Duties Assessment, led by a Specialist Occupational Physician.
Testing:
Our Physiotherapists conduct FCEs by simulating workplace tasks like lifting, carrying, and bending.
Recommendations regarding the employee's capacity are discussed with the Specialist Physician and included in their report.
We provide tailored evaluations to assess individual capacity for employment specific to your industry or workplace.
PSYCHOLOGICAL
SERVICES
Our psychologists work with organisations to manage employee psychological conditions, assess work-related health issues, and evaluate fitness for duties.
